Mid-November to Mid-February: These are the best months to visit the party capital since the weather is pleasantly cool and comfortable. It's the perfect time to relax on the beaches amidst other tourists who make the most of these three months in Goa.
Top attractions: Tito’s Lane, Baga Beach, Calangute Beach, Anjuna Flea Market, Dudhsagar Waterfalls, Candolim Beach, Chapora Fort, Basilica of Bom Jesus and Ashvem Beach.
· Meghalaya

If it is the waterfalls and the rain that you want to check out, you may want to consider a monsoon trip (mid-May to mid-October). However, if you want to be able to move about freely and enjoy all that the state has to offer, your best bet would be the winter months of late-November to February.
Top attractions: Cherrapunji, Elephant Falls, Mawlynnong Village, Mawsmai Cave, Dawki and Nohsngithiang Falls.
· PUNJAB

The best time to visit the Punjab region is from Feb to March. In low-lying Punjab state itself, temperatures are a perfect 14-20°C now (you'll also catch the Holi color festival in the first week of March), but from late March to end of May life heats up, with temperatures averaging 36-38°C.

· SIKKIM
The best time to visit Sikkim is between March and November, as the weather is very pleasant. The summer season starts in March and ends by June. The average temperature is around 5°C to 20°C during these months, and the weather is pleasant to roam around the state.
· Top attractions: Cable Car ride in Gangtok, Rumtek Monastery, Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, Lachung, Pelling, Namchi, Do Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Yumthang Valley

For the tourists, however, it is best when visited during the winter (october - march) and monsoon (July - September) season as the temperature remains pleasant through the day (with mostly moderate rainfall during monsoons) allowing them to explore the tourist attractions to their satisfaction.

September is the best time to visit Rajasthan as it is when the monsoon season comes to an end, and winter is on its way. The temperature drops, and the weather remains pleasant and fresh during this time.

· HIMACHAl Pradesh
March, April, May and June: Summer, which starts in March and ends in June, is the best time to visit Himachal Pradesh as the weather is pleasant during these months. They are the ideal months for sightseeing and enjoying outdoor activities.

· GUJRAT

November to February is the best time to visit Gujarat. The weather is pleasant and the warm sun makes the perfect companion when you are outdoors heading from one sightseeing spot to another in the nippy air.

· CHANDIGARH

Try to avoid Always the summer months as it becomes quite difficult to stay outdoors during this period. The spring is the best time to visit the city of Chandigarh. The months from February to April are probably the best time to visit this city.
· Top attractions: Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden, Capitol Complex Tourist Centre, Open Hand Museum, Rock Garden and Elante Mall
· USP: India’s most well-planned city with abundance of greenery
· UTTARAKHAND

Summers are considered as the best time to visit uttarakhand. The mélange of awe-inspiring beauty and pleasant weather makes up for a great visit. But summer is the peak season, it can get very crowded and prior booking is essential. Monsoon in Uttarakhand is refreshing.
